Keeping Brockton safe, clean, and beautiful is a community effort, and the City has made it easier than ever for residents to help. Through our partnership with SeeClickFix, you can quickly report non-emergency neighborhood issues directly to city staff from your smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer.
SeeClickFix routes your report straight to the right department for a solution. The platform allows you to drop a pin on a map for exact location accuracy, upload photos to provide a visual reference for work crews, and track the status of your request as it gets resolved.
When to Use SeeClickFix: Use this platform to report potholes, burnt-out street light, illegal dumping, park needing maintenance, animal issues,
When NOT to use SeeClickFix: Please remember that this platform is for non-time-sensitive issues and is not monitored 24 hours a day. For example, if you need to report an illegally parked car at 8:00 pm, you should call the Brockton Police non-emergency number at 508-941-0200. Since SeeClickFix requests are processed during business hours, the car would likely be long gone before your report is even seen! Rule of thumb: if the problem can move, make the phone call.
When in doubt during business hours, call City Hall at 508-580-7123.
Always dial 911 for true emergencies.
